KATON® FFKM8000 is optimized for applications in high-temperature environments, capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 290°C while maintaining excellent chemical resistance. This product is an ideal choice for industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing, where both high temperatures and corrosive substances are present. It provides stable sealing and protective performance in demanding environments.

KATON® O-rings are ideal for general-purpose applications of FFKM elastomers. They exhibit excellent temperature stability, and the fully fluorinated monomers in KATON® compounds deliver superior chemical resistance.
 
Advantages of KATON®:
Offers elastomeric flexibility with chemical resistance close to PTFE. Available in a variety of formulations for O-rings and molded shapes. Contains higher fluorine content than any other rubber polymers, giving it superior high-temperature and chemical resistance. Certain grades can withstand continuous service temperatures up to 317°C and are ideal for harsh environments involving hydrocarbons, highly corrosive liquids, or broad temperature ranges.
